Billing and Account FAQ:
Customers are billed in advance every three months.
Errors on Your Bill:
Contact us immediately if you find an error on your bill. This statement will be considered correct unless our office is notified within 30 days.
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm
You can pay your bill by mailing us payment or you may call by phone and pay with a credit/debit card.
Can I receive my invoices by email?
You can receive your invoices by email. Email us your request and you will then receive all invoices via email.

How to start Service with South Central Sanitation:
Reach us through the sign up page, Facebook page, or call our local office at 308-478-5880 to get your service started. We are here to provide service to meet your needs.
What items are not allowed in dumpster?
• Rocks, dirt, or concrete
• Dead animals
• Any hazardous liquids, (i.e. oil, gasoline, and paint)
• Tires, engines, large auto parts, propane tanks, motor oil, or automotive batteries.
• Bulky items (couches, chairs, stoves, etc.)
Collection Times and Tips:
Residential garbage needs to be set out by 8:00 a.m. or the night before. Place toter at curb with front of lid facing the curb and at least 3 ft from mailboxes, cars, fences, etc. Please bag all loose garbage and try to get all garbage into the cart. Weather conditions, holidays, breakdowns could impact the time when your driver will be at your location.
In case of inclement weather (rain, snow, ice), we will continue our routes as soon as it is safe for our truck drivers and equipment to be on the roads.
Commercial Service FAQ:
We offer several sizes of containers ranging from 1.5 to 8 yards. Our container pricing depends on a multiple of variables. Please contact us for an estimate specific to your needs.
